(This is my favourite shot of this photo weekend course).
I also just realised (almost four weeks later) that I inadvertently chose a similar spot to set up my tripod that Richard White chose for his shot of Cope Hut. Feel bad about this and did not mean to copy. It just looked right to me from this position with that beautiful snow gum on the right. And the conditions on this day were just magic. From a blue sky the previous day to this over night!

You're welcome Cecilia.. I have something a little different, but similar (sort of).
I just won't link it here, because it's not fair :)

      Very lovely..

You're welcome to link it. Does not worry me! :-)

So much has been photographed in this world that there is likely to be something similar or just about the same somewhere else in the world. I took this shot a day after a workshop finished and we stayed on. It was freezing cold, I tried to get the shot done as quickly as possible, found this view and shot from here. And, as it turned out, the photographer conducting the workshop took his B & W shot quite some time earlier from the same position. It just looked right from here and I am sure there are many other shots just like this one, may be in different weather conditions, but the same pov.

haha! I see what you mean.
Since I haven't been there, I can't say that I would have a shot of this.
I won't like the photo here, instead I decided to FM you the photo instead :)
