Cushaw? I'd never seen one until this year. These are awesome shapes and colors: orange and white; green and white; and mixed green, orange, and white. Apparently, like so many other winter squashes, cushaw is good for baking. (Above and left in the photo are ends of banana squash-very popular for making pies.)
