good post processing, really brings out the detail in her face, the slight overexposure suits the shot, as well. im a bit distracted by the hair, tho. i think you should have masked off the technique around the area. it looks like she has quite a lot of gray streaks going on there, she's not 60, but it sure appears that way in this shot :-\
