      Under additional information it says "Some rights reserved". As long as you don't Reserve All Your Rights you're giving up your copyright, mate, which means they can use it. You even have a large size to download (which doesn't happen if you activate your copyright protection)!

      At least you now have 1700+ views on this pic... So you could say they gave you free marketing :-)

      I understand that, but the creative commons licence also states the photographer is to be given credit. Even if that means nothing in the eyes of the law I consider it common courtesy to do so. Yeah the view are a bit nuts though it's comments I'm interested in. Thanks for yours :)

      I always find it amazing to see artist's one ofn the first images posted on flickr's pages and follow up his/her progress... You seem to be fantastic all the way through all your photostream! love it....truly stunning way of perceiving the world surrounding you ! I enjoyed a lot browsing through your lovely images....
