Police advicing the waiting crowd about train schedule

Due to the amazing amount of snowfall in the end of January in southern China the train traffic met sever problems. Here in Shanghai many trains where delayed or even canceled. As a result, there many people waiting at the train station. Army and police was called out to keep order, and they seemed to succeed. In Guangzhou about this time around 60 persons got killed in a stampede.

Chinese New Year (that is in the beginning of February this year) is a major traveling holiday in China. People want to go home and spend the new year with the families.
