Thanks. Its not much bigger than you can see,but is a part of a huge 5 part folding screen with three Greek heads on each panel. Maybe I'll photograph it so you can see.

Wow! This is fantastic. I can't believe it never occurred to me to use these vases for design inspiration! This is a fabulous idea, and beautifully done. FYI: this isn't a hero, but the god Dionysus. I study Greek vases (I'm a classical archaeologist); the ivy leaves on the head identify the figure.
