Don't get in a tizzy about the date - the pain was just as real then as it is now, & just as personal. We are all patients, & very ill. Obamacare provides no relief, either, unless one owns a health insurance corporation or a hospital chain.

Churches & religions are minor, paid players, almost always existing in the service & at the pleasure of states & the überrich who own them. But what could be sweeter than to have these guardians of morality & righteousness on the side of those who make human life hell.
