Bembix vespiformis f

    digging at her nest entrance. This species is aberrantly coloured and patterned from congeneric species. Quite un-wasp-like in appearance. Prey preferences are dipterous as in most Bembix.

      Indeed, when I looked to the thumbnail I didn't think that's a Bembix. No yellow at all. Lovely picture!
