I wanted to lay them all out on the lawn because I have 17 of them and I'd like to share them with you all laid out but sadly my landlord just mowed and it's kinda misting outside, I'm afraid they'd get stained :( sad story!
But yeah. So this weekend I learned about the 9 patch quilt-a-long and

I've never made one before and yesterday morning I decided to cut 2.5
inch strips off all my brand new fat quarters. And I had a ton of
linen yardage that I was going to use for another project (resashing
my mixed tape) that didn't end up working out so I thought win win
situation!!!
This is wayyy too addictive. At the end of yesterdays quilting session with my friends I got 17 9 patches and another 1/3 of my queen sized quilt put together. woot! The little stacks of 2.5 inch blocks make me so gleeful so from now on when I buy new fqs, they are getting cut asap for these 9 patches :):)
