You caught me! I didn't do it on this one
because I couldn't find my hole punch.
Generally, I use a small (1/8" or
1/16") hole punch and use a bit of
barber-pole (red & white) twine to tie
the card (a MOO card in this case) or tag
around the base of the button, like this one.
