Death of a surrealist soldier

I'm sure the most of you can identify a remake of the famous "Death of a Loyalist Soldier", also known as "Loyalist Militiaman at the Moment of Death" or "The Falling Soldier", by Robert Capa, made on September 5, 1936 at Cerro Muriano, Spain.
You can read more about Robert Capa on Wikipedia.
The Republican soldier was Federico Borrell García.
To know more about Spanish Civil War, apart the excellent pages by Hemingway or Orwell (both fought on the Republican side), there is a detailed Wikipedia page.
The original photo by Capa can also be seen on his portfolio at Magnum Agency.
This is also a hommage to Giorgio De Chirico surrealist mannequins.
I need this photo for a page I'm writing: since the original is copyrighted, I make my own version.

Sono certo che molti di voi potranno identificare una replica della famosa "Morte di un soldato lealista", conosciuta anche come "Miliziano lealista al momento della morte" o "Il soldato cadente di Robert Capa, scattata il 5 settembre 1936 a Cerro Muriano, Spagna.

Il soldato era Federico Borrell García.

Creo que hayamos que mantener viva la memoria no sólo de la guerra en sí, sino también de los terribles años de dictadura, y hablar de esto es una forma de preservar la memoria.

    Ho fatto un livello con manichino e asciugamano, e il buco per le nuvole, poi un altro con il solo asciugamano sfumato, usando un gradiente semitrasparente per simulare la profondità di campo (non è venuta un gran che).

    Grande idea, grande bravura per la composizione/ricostruzione (anche se la foto di Capa la vedevo con un ottica poco più grandangolare di quella che hai utilizzato) e grande cultura fotografica, in tutti i sensi (tecnico ed artistico).

    ti confesso che non conoscevo Capa, ma sono andata a cercare la foto alla quale ti sei ispirato, e guardandola ho capito meglio la tua. principalmente perchè quel pezzetto di ferro non assomiglia per niente ad un fucile, e quindi lì per lì sono rimasta perplessa.
    cmq sia l'dea che la realizzazione sono molto belle, mi piace soprattutto come sei riuscito a dare il senso delle nuvole, e anche l'ombra dell'omino mi piace: molto drammatica! :D
