    50 minutes slave, standing on your left foot for 15 minutes, then standing on your right foot for 15 minutes and both feet for 20 minutes.

    je weils 1stunde auf dem rechten bein stehen
    dann 1stunde auf dem linken bein stehen
    zum schluß 1stunde auf beiden beinen stehen
    und damit es richtig spaß macht das ganze auf sehr hohen heels barfuß

    noch keine Entscheidung.
    3 stunden sind sehr lange.
    Haben Sie Vorschläge bezüglich der Heels ?

    habe selbst keine erfahrung mit heels, denke aber dass eine stunde auf einem fuß auch ohne heels eine ziemliche herausforderung ist. mein vorschlag ist daher, zunächst darauf zu verzichten.
