Sunflower fields of France
Seeing a whole field of sunflowers sure makes you smile. What a beautiful sight. This happens to be a close-up view, but we sure enjoyed the fields in the Pyrenees Mtn area.

They were as yummy in my tummy as they look......as found all over the Pyrenees Mountains!

What a pleasant surprise....
Late one day while driving through the Pyrenees Mountains of France, we found some horses along side the road. They were in 'summer pasture' which means they were on top of a mountain and were free roaming. The setting was almost dream like as the clouds surrounded us. This particular horse was especially friendly to my daughter and she loved every minute - taking many pictures herself!
