Matzo Ball Soup @ Wise Sons Deli
Best matzo ball soup I've had that's not homemade! The soup base itself seems home cooked, with that effect of using lots of bones to give it that rich, velvety feel in the mouth. A perfect matzo ball, good noodles, and just the right amount of chicken with chunks of carrot.
