Finally, we have reached our destination, la belle Provence. The trip went well and we were very impressed by the way the French airport personnel and the TGV employees treated us having requested a wheel chair for Helene. It really helped us a lot....
We arrived in Saint Remy with a liitle mistral blowing but it was not too cold. It took a day for the house to warm up but we had two fires going in chimneys and we wore the right clothes. On Wednesday, we bought a few necessities, especially beautiful vegetables and fruit, coming from Spain, Morocco, Israel and Italy....we could not resist.....very tiny artichokes, gorgeous looking salads, mâché, leeks, basil, perfect potatoes, white cauliflower etc.....just a joy to look at.
We are taking life easy getting over the jet lag and it is not easy....

Nothing to add, so far. Except that I cannot sleep, it is 5:00 AM and still dark, of course.
