A beautiful foggy day. This was designed so that the building on the right hand side of the image would be slightly visible (it's a superb building) but the building two to the left of it would not be visible. Because the hidden building is one of the most over-photographed and over-rated structures in the world. One of the first things I did when I took up photography was to promise myself that I would not photograph it.

Sort of having a picnic, sort of having a chat & sort of watching the cricket at St Mary's Cricket Club in Birkenhead Park. The guy batting in this shot was pretty good, but tended to swing at everything so inevitably was out for rather less than he could have been. I can't remember when this was taken, who won, or who the opposition were, or what the score was at this point, as I was too busy being lazy to do much else.

"Modern Warfare 3" was released today; happy, happy, happy.

Taken some time ago, in the central space. A lovely place, especially if you go out of season on a quiet day.
