Yeah it is my love for bokeh made me shoot this. I will be releasing another pic sometime today showing how I managed to get it :)
I know bokeh is photographically a result of bad focus, but scientifically something that appeals to most human minds, or at least to me. And it brings more happines to me when it is colorful :)

Interesting capture. Usually people don't shoot bokeh as the main subject. Its usually supplementing a main subject. So your capture is unsual. Nevertheless its very interesting and caught my eye right away, which confirms that you have achieved the goal of capturing the viewer's interest. Well done

There is another whole sub-culture, so to speak, of folks shooting bokeh specifically to use as a texture for layers.
Nice job! I think I will be making a trip to our Hobby Lobby (craft store) to buy some of these pretty glass stones and shoot my own for layers. Thanks so much for sharing!

You had inspired me. I did purchase Czech Glass Beads in different colors, several different small vials and had some fun. This one (in the link) was shot on black felt. And I had "married" it with the yellow rose pic. Thanks again for your inspiration. :o)
