Spent the weekend at a 'nephews' hockey tournament. It's good to see that people are taking safety seriously - STOP.

Remembering a friend.

While at the dojo last night, we discussed pictures to hang on the wall. I suggested this one (posted previously) but I wanted to make a few tweaks, since it was dark when I first posted it.

Then I found out that the man in the picture, Cyril, passed away today. He was an inspiration and a delight to train with. He received his black belt in his eighties.

He will be missed.
