supposed to wake up pretty early for sunrise at habu, and trek in the mossy forest.. but i overslept :p

well.. it's okay, just treat it like my relax holiday.. went to check out sungai palas again after my quick break fast.. no so promising.. then i headed to the butterfly garden to try my luck :p

shot this with my singh-ray LB neutral polarizer.. the reason i got this is because i prefer the natural colors on my macro subjects instead of the added warm tones..

this time.. i came alone.. it was raining again.. the fog looks more misery than before.. the same old place.. same old weather... same old feel... and indeed the same scent from the tea leaves...

just the difference is.. i'm all by myself.. holding the umbrella... preparing the gears.. waiting for the right moment for more than 2 hours..

shot this with my favorite singh-ray LB ColorCombo, added one 5 stop mor slo nd filter to hold back the exposure, and one 3 stop ND grad to balance the exposure...

and i'm gonna be back here again soon.. very soon...

found this from my folder.. almost forget bout i took this during the last hike..

i remember i've climbed to the highest part as i can to get a different view of the fall...

and i kinda like this.. especially seeing the backlit light shaft breaks through the top of the fall...

i'm gonna mention this again.. it's worth all the effort to be here...

the return to Cameron Highland..

this time.. i'm on a solo trip.. besides searching for photos opportunity.. i'm basically need a break..

at the same time.. due to friends from Thailand gonna visit in 2 weeks later.. so this trip means also i need to search for some cool places to bring along my friends..

never really been to this high at lata iskandar.. when i took this.. i found another good spot to shoot.. but perhaps my next trip.. coz i was on a rush..

shot this as usual.. with my LB color combo, and a 2 stop Nd Grad to balance the exposures of the water and rocks..

Bertangga Fall.. located in Pahang state in the Felda territory.. 2 hours plus drive with bout 45 mins hike... one awesome vertical fall i've ever seen so far.. when we reached there.. instantly feels the solitude of the fall... the peaceful ambient.. the sound of the water splashing... the greens for the trees.. the light shaft that breaks through... and the view is simply majestic..

though it's a long journey.. some time to hike deep into the forest.. and the rocks are wet and steep when entering the boundary of the fall.. but it's worth it.. really worth it..

i will be back again to hike and trek far more deeper in to the forest.. as the locals mention that.. there's something more worth to see than this...
