Cheap, flimsy metal
The only part I've seen so far that is really sub-par on the Azor Secret Service - the hook for the luggage strap. Not only is this not a part built into the frame like on many Dutch bicycles, but it's also a very flimsy, thin piece of metal, and the previous strap (which already broke!) was attached with some kind of glue.
