With burials dating as early as 1791, Old Holy Cross Cemetery is the oldest in Santa Cruz, California. Originally the Mission Cemetery, it is still owned by the Diocese of Monterey, which has allowed it to fall into shameful disrepair. The cemetery is the location of the grave of Justiniano Rohas, who lived to be 123.
