Pour It On
The syrup being poured off to cool before canning. The textures and light were a joy to work with and I couldn't wait to see how they converted to black and white. I used Silver Efex Pro 2 for the conversion and to add the gorgeous grain!

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to photograph the art of the extraction process for sorghum molasses. The process is labor intensive and requires a great deal of patience.
