Turkish Coffee Spiced Caked Doughnuts
Today, Jacob David and I made the most delicious doughnuts. Jacob's idea was to spice the doughnuts with cardamom and flavor the glaze with coffee. These doughnuts were all Washington all the way. The recipe was inspired by Top Pot Doughnuts of Seattle and the glaze was flavored with one shot of Big Truck espresso from Olympia Coffee Roasters. We're calling them Turkish Coffee Spiced Caked Doughnuts.
