I went down to the Yankees parade and since I figured that everyone would have the pictures of Matsui (who is actually pictured here on the bottom on the television), the Mayor and everyone else, I decided to shoot the people, the fans, and the ones that supported the Yankees.
I've spent my years as a street photographer, photojournalist, events shooter, portrait photographer and a celebrity photographer/paparazzo. I combined all of those elements together to bring you this compilation. Whether it's the guy wanting some attention when you point a camera towards him, kids sitting down on a cushion, signs, a beautiful young lady walking across, toilet paper being thrown, or someone perching above a walk signal to see the parade, it's here.
This is New York City. These are the fans. This was the parade. Congratulations to the New York Yankees.
