Had about an hour to shoot a few engagement pics for a Kelly's nephew as they made a whirlwind tour on while on a few days leave from their Navy gig to announce their engagement...

Another shot from last weeks trip to the Alabama Hills outside of Lone Pine, Ca.

A half-moon and a 20 second exposure provided the light for this image, with some minor adjustments in Lilghtroom.

As I had the time to explore the area for a couple of days I found a couple arches to shoot in the "Hills". In this one Lone Pine Peak is centered in the arch, too dark to really see it unless you're familiar with it probably, and the moon was just about to set behing Mt. Whitney... This also allowed me time out there by myself instead of standing in line a Mobius which has become such an Iconic place for folks to shoot it's hard to shoot there anymore....

Had the chance to spend a few nights in the Alabama hills this week...found a couple of arches I hadn't had the chance to shoot before and experimented wiith some light painting techniques as well. There was a half-moon this week that also provided some light for the clouds in the area...

Finished a project in my Graphic Design class on compositing images...
