and I'm not sure there's much you can do
about them using your image as your licence
is a creative commons one, and not all rights
reserved
also, it does say underneath the image
"photo by colin robertson"
Well they just added my name...I didn't ask
them to do that, I asked them to remove it.
And if they fail to comply by my rules, the
CC license is essentially voided and reverts
to All Rights Reserved.
In case anyone is curious, CNBC said they had
cited the photo originally, but it wasn't
displaying properly, and by not displaying
properly, invisible.
Interestingly, they used my full name for
citation, despite me not disclosing that info
until I accused them of failing to cite the
photo, so the explanation is flimsy at best.
They have since replaced the photo with
something else that includes zero citation,
so who knows where it came from.
FYI, mainstream media could give a shit about
the rest of us, in case you weren't already
aware.
