After the beach we adjourned to the new concourse in Chatswood, with its theatres, restaurants and bars. I think that it will rapidly become a popular meeting place.

She was fluent in English and what I presume was a Chinese language, and was talking with the Italian waiter translating snippets from her newspaper.

I must learn to take more time with my candids, to be better prepared and not rush :-)

Too many distractions and not well composed but I like the subject and his expression :-)
He has an attraction to anything with buttons, switches, dials etc., from retractable ballpoin pens to computers. TV remotes and iPhones are particular favourites.

A number fishermen die each year pursuing this pastime in Australia. This guy is wearing a life-jacket and has improved the odds of his survival.

River Red Gums have adapted to survive alongside the rivers and streams of Australia, particularly in arid areas, and rely on periodic flooding for their survival. One of my favourite Eucalypts.
