THE outtake! THE hard decision between this one and the one i posted earlier. My best friend ended up choosing the other one because this one was lacking the upper lip,and i guess that for my girl both lips are equally necessary,so here it goes.

One of those tiring days when coming home and looking around is the perfect method to find what to shoot and what can be done quickly to achieve the goal of the photo du jour and of course, always trying to find something one likes. It wasn’t hard and I was alone, so ripping part of my mother’s, already dried, bouquet was just the perfect solution, because gypsophila, most commonly known by the sweet name of Baby Breath, was just to beauty not to be played with, and soon the ideas came and a very sleepy me pulled this one together, and an outtake I will post later today or maybe tomorrow because I can never came to a conclusive decision on what to post or not.

So, here you have it, simple, soft and somewhat rushed but totally lovable, at least I quite like it. The flowers in representation of words, words that flow through the lips, words that can be hard, that can hurt, destroy and wound, but also words that can be kind, be soft, lovable and turn wars into long lasting loves. Fragile things, those words are, for when spoken wrongly or at the wrong times they can be the worst thing one can do, and I guess most of us known this by experience.

Not much to say, not much to explain, not a story behind it. Just a normal day at home, an all mighty headache thanks to the weather (I am blaming it on it because it has been way too often) and thinking about a lot of things. Thanks to my nap I woke up with just a little light left and I still liked it enough to shoot this.

Tiring,tiring day but a day that left me laughing through so many moments, filled with sun, great moments, good work, a subject that I am bound to love and a teacher that just got my ego polished! Hell yes!

This image was made with my phone and I am not even caring if it is great or not because I love it, I just love this one even if it it’s not all well done, not done with a nice camera but I don’t care because I like this one and I feel this way then I am not stepping back, not going now, being already dark, to think of something to shoot and try to find a decent light because if I have something that I just love why don’t I use it? I am doing it and I know I won’t regret it.

The camera in the photo is just dreamy,and it belongs to the grandfather of a good friend of mine and she got it borrowed to our photography classes and I was carrying her camera everywhere, because damn, that little thing is just fine!!! Now I am on ebay, running every page to find myself a camera like this one, that or a decent 50mm lens for my Nikon F50, next week, if not this one,I will be back to shoot in film after so many time without doing so!

This is one of those photos that once you process it you look at it and just think "Damn it,this could have been the photo of the day!",but noooo,you just save it for later because you didn't give it enough attention at first.Why does this keep happening to me? Does this happen to anyone else?
