Iraq Protestors
DENVER, CO - A massive group of at least 2,000 protestors chanting,
shouting and waving signs marched down Brighton Boulevard to the Pepsi
Center in Denver, Co. in what is easily the largest such protest
Denver has seen during the DNC. The march was led by Iraq Veterans
Against the War and they hoped deliver a folded flag and a letter
calling on Barack Obama to endorse the three main goals of IVAW:
Immediate withdrawal, full veterans benefits, and reparations for the
Iraqi people.
