Biskupice Radłowskie - the War Cemetery no 258

Biskupice Radłowskie - the War Cemetery no 258

The war cemetery from the times of the First World War. There are buried 402 soldiers, including 329 of the Austro-Hungarian Army, 17 from Germany and 48 from Russia. They belonged to: 4th Rifle Regiment of the Imperial Tyrolean (59% of Germans /or Austrians I guess/, Italians-38%), 14th field rifle battalion of soldiers recruited from the military district of Przemysl, 20th Infantry Regiment recruited near the Nagy Kanizsa in Hungary, 219th and 220th Prussian Reserve Infantry Regiment and the 25th Smolensky. There are German, Austrian, Hungarian, Polish, Italian, Russian names besides the unknown soldiers.
On the other side of the road there is another War Cemetary (no 257) also from the times of the First World War where 206 unknown Russian soldiers were buried (mainly from17th Archangielsk Infantry Regiment).
They all died here in Poland at the end of 1914 (December) till the beginning of 1915 (February).
Let them REST IN PEACE
..hope such times never happen again..
