Birmingham - if flooded
Dramatic scene showing the city of Birmingham as it might look after a
major flood had hit the area. The image was created for a new online
game 'floodsim.com' which has been backed by the government and gives
players the opportunity to be a flood tsar with decision making powers
on how to handle all flood policy decisions.
