Construction activities complete for modifying our entertainment center built-in.

Just needs a shitload of putty, caulk, and paint and it will be ready to go. Yay.

Spent 4 hours restoring my vintage dual shade lamp that I've had since college.

You can't imagine how much tar was on that shade from all of the smoking. Had to bust out the industrial degreaser. Still need to invest a couple more hours but it's already looking pretty slick.

Merry Christmas from ATX.

Our first fire in the new house! I hope everyone out there has a happy day with family and friends. We'll just be down here hanging out by the fire playing with our new toys.
