Underground Path over Shutoko Inner Circular

After I took “Shutoko Inner Circular at Azabu,” I walked along the road. As the road went up with a slope, the double-decked Shutoko (metropolitan expressway) became an elevated road and a road in a trench. Then, I found an entrance of a pedestrian tunnel to go across the street.

I was interested in the tunnel, because I knew the underground space was already occupied by the lower deck of the expressway. So I went down the steps, and came here.

The pedestrian tunnel was actually a bridge over the underground expressway. The colored acrylic boards were not so clear, but I could see cars going under the path.
