Big 'Chicago-Love'

    I've been blessed to be the recipient of alotta 'Chicago-Love' in my life.

    When this guy zoomed by on rollerblades he dished out a little... no he dished out a lot!

    THAT is the biggest middle finger that I have ever seen.

    The people at the Guiness Book of World Records have been sent a copy of this photograph and scientists are trying to determine the actual size of this guys middle finger to see if it is in fact a world record.

    I'll tell you what... I'm no scientist, but as a field expert on the subject... having seen as much 'Chicago-Love' as I have... THAT is a world record.

      It's just how we say hello to friends in Chicago Deirdre... but if 'giving the finger' was an Olympic sport Chicago would be home to a lot of gold medals!

      It doesn't happen all the time Audrey... I getta lotta regular love out there... not just 'Chicago-Love'... I've shot almost a thousand strangers in the last two months... up close and personal... Viewminder style... and only what... maybe nine hundred and eighty five had this reaction?

      I prefer to look at the glass of life as .0085% full.

      I'm an optimist like that.

      And I believe in the goodness of people.
