Thanks Chris... I've got too many amazing sunset shots... this will be the last one I post for a while... I found a lot of peace and solitude out there on the water.

Well, hopefully you won't have to wait too long to get there again. Knowing you, it won't be long at all. I'm sure you will be back there feeding your soul again soon. It's so difficult to have to leave a place like that, where you just feel like you are meant to be.

Stunning.. maybe it is an age thing.. but I have recently been admiring the sunrises on my way to work.. almost to distraction... which is not so good when you are driving down the interstate.. lol.. but I never really noticed them before.. maybe I'm slowing down just enough to appreciate some of the beautiful things that I just let pass me by before.. or maybe it is because of photography that I appreciate them.. what ever it is... I'm glad i'm looking now.. :)

You and me both D~Love... I think it is an age thing... when I was younger I never savored the beauty like I do now. The sunrise and sunset can be a masterpiece.

Dah! The D300 doesn't have a full frame sensor... I'm still not sold on them yet... I mean they've got better low light capabilities for sure... but without the full frame you get better apparent magnification.
The D300 is all the camera I need. You rock on girl!

How could I be a man of mystery if I didn't keep some secrets? I'm proud of the size of my sensor though... really it isn't the size of ones sensor anyway... its aperature that does it!
