New year's eve at home.

Grilled Fish at Saffron Beach located just a hop and a skip from the Wadduwa train station.

It may look scary but I can tell you it was pretty scrumptious. And cheap for just LKR 350. The large and generous spread can leave 3 ravenously hungry grown men, stuffed.

Realised I didn't have much portrait shots.

This is Ibrahim. He owns a little lunch 'kade' in Malay Street. The only place in all of Colombo you'd be able to have curried crab and rice for LKR 200.

Women have to speak up. It's the first step to helping themselves and the generations of women to come from gender based violence.

Beyond Borders is participating in the 16 day campaign against gender based violence. The project is a collection of photographs regarding gender based violence that will be free available for use on the internet. This is my contribution. A self-portrait. Woke up at 9am on Saturday and decided to kick start the project.
