   ooh i just did some patchwork goodness today too. are you putting any batting in these? or just the two layers wrong sides together? either way they look fabulous!

    hannah: one layer of batting. i sew it with the right sides together and the batting on top, leaving a little opening to turn right side out (like for a pillow). turn right side out, blind stitch closed, press and then quilt it all together (i just stitched in the ditch).

    thanks for the explanation steph. they are super cute and there you go with the linen goodness again. have i told you that i cant seem to find any good linen/cotton here in kc? grrr. time to pony up and order some.
