Kyra is a gorgeous three-year-old husky who has a powerful story that she shares with her human companion Jill. It's a tear-jerker, but it truly speaks to the amazing healing power of animals, and the remarkable bonds we form with them.

Charlie is a great pyrenees — a gorgeous gentle giant that I just fell in love with. He was abandoned in a marsh almost totally blind, but his ending is a happy one. He's now living out his years in a loving home. If you're considering a pet, adopt!
