I have entered my most polular image into the Flickr group Charity
Print Auctions:

for the Haiti Earthquake Appeal.
The print that is for auction is 17,5x17,5cm / 7x7 inches.
To bid, you need to comment below the image with the amount that you would like to bid.
When the auction closes, the person that has bid the most, wins the print.
The auction will close on Thuesday 26rd January 12.00 GMT.
The winning bidder has to pay that amount to the Red Cross:

or to any of the disaster charities.
I will notify the winning bidder and ask them to email a screen grab
of the donation confirmation page to me and I can then arrange for the
print to be sent to you. I will pay for postage.

David, it´s a simple Epson 4870 & Silverfast scan software. As a rule my prints for the web are not more than 21cm in width. If I want to scan larger prints (30x40cm), I scan two crops and merge them in photoshop. But for an old analogist like me it is a nerve-racking work, takes more time than to print it again smaller.

Na, das ist Herbststimmung pur. Vermittelt eine völlig andere Stimmung als die vergleichbare blaue Variante, das leuchtende Blatt ist jedoch hier wie dort wortwörtlich das Hightlight.
