Atkin Vintage (Magic Wing)

These photos show the building of a 10 foot sailing dinghy designed by William Atkin in 1919, and later called "Vintage". The Atkin web site giving a history and link to purchase the plans is:

Sean Rankins of Northwest Sails fit her with a cotton duck sprit sail in time for the Port Townsend Wooden Boat Festival.

We enjoy rowing or sailing her at least twice a week, whether she's hanging off the davits of our big boat, or brought by cradle to other destinations.
