Love your picture of your family dog Shadow
- very cute!!!
I've a question for you if you might be
open? I just googled Kenmore's Elite Total
Care System washer and saw your great review
several years ago. I too purchased the same
washer and love it. I had Sears repair at my
home this week to look at my dryer and asked
why was my washer rusting at the top? And
that I had been calling Sears without
receiving a satisfactory response. He
responded this washer came with a porcelain
top and a steel top. I was just floored. I
spent hours researching this purchase and had
made trips back to Sears and my sales person
had never once mention this as an
option/upgrade. I'm so interested then in
knowing if you were aware of this option? And
did you get it? I am hugely disappointed to
say the very least. Especially since I am
replacing Kenmore appliances that are 21
years old - so I'll be looking at this steel
top looking worse and worse as the years go
by. Anyway if you're open I'd be very curious
to hear your experience. I'm not signed up on
this service so can you let me know through
your site??
