I saw this icy trail at Chambly in Quebec and thought it looked spooky and mysterious. I just had to take a photo!

I was craving chocolate so I searched google maps for the nearest chocolate factory which was about 30 km away from Montreal. When we got there it was only a big house which was split into a boutique, a shop, and a cafe. Sadly there weren't any umpa lumpas, just the normal everyday delicious chocolate you find everywhere else.

I came up to this guy and asked if I could take his photo, he told me that they wait for hours and rarely catch fish. He said they just do it for fun...

I could have gotten a better shot if he were facing the sunset so I could get some light on their faces, but I didn't want to be too rude...

We went to see where people go for ice fishing. The lake was frozen so we just walked on the ice. It was time for Magreb, and with snow and mud everywhere, the lake seemed like the cleanest place to pray...

In this plate I made smoked salmon nigiri and a deep fried maki with avocado, crispy tempura, smoked salmon, crab, and carots...

The guys said they loved them, but maybe they were just trying to be nice :P
