We have been having some lovely weather here in Northern California this year. It really hasn't been very cold at all, which is exactly what my soul needed this year. Less cold more warm. I hate to jump the gun, but for now, its officially flip flip season!

Stretch.

I love to stretch, I don't do it nearly enough before or after I run, so I always find myself trying to sneak more in whenever I can.

As soon as the babe is up we are heading to my Mom's for the afternoon for some weed pulling and hopefully heavy drinking. Milk for the kid, alcohol for the older kids. Should be fun, hopefully I'll sneak some photos in my old room in the process :)
