The old bridge of Plaka

Η γέφυρα της πλάκας είναι το μεγαλύτερο μονότοξο γεφύρι στα Βαλκάνια. Βρίσκεται στην πλάκα Άρτης και έχει μήκος 61 μέτρα, άνοιγμα καμάρας 40 μέτρα και ύψος 20 μέτρα. Κατασκευάστηκε το 1860 από τον πρωτομάστορα Κώστα Μπέκα.

The old bridge of Plaka is the biggest single arced bridge in the Balcan peninsula. It is made about the 1860 by the masonry craftsman Kostas Mpekas. Length 60 m, arc length 40 m, total height 20 m.
