(Also bought a 24mm f/2.8 from him)
Both are in excllent condition - he gets new lenses every 3 years regardless (probably a sweet deal from Nikon)

Normally the lights on the bridge are on from dusk til dawn. An electrical storm earlier in the day wiped them out.
