I must admit that I thought about a great description. I really do. But I don't know, maybe I was just not in the mood. So, please, excuse the poor descprition today...

All I've to say is that I'm definitely going to build those kind of things again (does it has a name ?!). I did that often when I was younger, not in the forest, but using bed sheets ! I still don't know why I haven't done it before in my photography... Anyway, I had a great time building this in the woods with my friend !

Still so much things to do here. I hope you're all having a great week !

Since I started my "Dreamy Fairytales" series, I've been wanting to try new things and to improve the skills I already had in order to create only pictures I would LOVE. With the new ones I'm preparing I tried to use technical things I didn't already knew or to change a bit the ones I knew to get what I wanted to try. I also find myself wanting to try some new tones that are not in my "usual tones palette" and I think that it's great. Even though some of those colors won't incorporated my usual palette! I think it's quite funny to use them once or twice on pictures I think looks better with them. *haha*

I'm also into a find-more-props mood lately ! I want new dresses, new props, new accessories ! I really have this wish to make something new with old things and that's why I'm thrifting most of the things I use for my "Dreamy Fairytales" series ! For example, on this one I used a piece of fabric, a dress and flowers I thrifted !! I got everything for something like 8$ and I think that it's wonderful to have all those pretty things for that price. I'm not the kind of person who thinks that in order to make a good photograph we need expensive props. Simple things are sometimes the best.

Fairytales, childhood, music and darkness, my main inspirations since I started photography are still very present in my pictures and I'm glad to see that constant things into all my works. The only thing I must admit is that I'm missing so badly to photograph my dolls. I ordered some clothes for them and I look forward to receive them and to start taking pictures of them again because I've many many ideas !

Sometimes I surprisingly find me asking questions to myself... I think it's a great way to go further in something you like. Ask yourself questions and make propositions to yourself ! I came to this picture making propositions to myself, just like; Why not trying another color palette ? Why not using this beautiful blue dress again ? Maybe it would be cool to go back in the woods don't you think ? Oh and why not trying a partial "flight" ?
In fact, this is a picture which mix many things I wanted to do again or new tips I wanted to try. I think that if you want so bad something to turn out well, it does ! I worked a lot on this one but I'm so happy with it !

I'm thankful that my latest projects went how I wanted them to.
My print preorder is now pretty finished ! I already got some emails telling me that the people had received them and were happy. In a certain way, that made me so proud of myself. Maybe it sounds a bit stupid or childish but I feel so good when I think that I worked a lot to make this print giveaway and the pictures I proposed for it but more than anything, I'm happy because I know that people appreciate my work and have a small part of it with them somewhere in the world. Now I've plenty of time to work on my book ! I'll be giving more information about it soon !

Monday I'll be going back to school after a week of holidays ! Four weeks before the next holidays, 10 exams/tests but I know that it won't be terrible because I've people around me. People that I love. But that's not all ! I've a project ! I was asked to make a poster for a party which will take place in my city. I'll be doing it with a good friend ! She's really good at graphic things ! I truly believe that this will be an awesome collaboration between her and me !
Now I need to leave you because I'm hungry and that I want to pack my things for Monday in order to be ready !

I'm back from Florence and I really had an AWESOME time there !! Seeing all the architecture, paintings, sculptures was just breathtaking !! I came back with my eyes full of stars. Truly gorgeous. I think there's nothing more beautiful in travelling than sharing it with people you like and that was the case this time ! I also bought some thingies such as books and paintings reproductions on postcards ! They were too awesome to leave them at the museums !!

Arriving yesterday evening (very late...) doesn't kept me away from tidying everything immediately and once that done... I just slept... But I woke up this morning and finished to edit a picture I had taken a while ago in order to upload something new on here !

Now I go back to some cleaning and wish you a wonderful day !!

Actually packing my stuffs to go to Florence (It) tomorrow for four days ! I'm so excited ! I've been there once already but I'm really looking forward to go there again. I'll be eating pasta & pizza ! I just took a break to upload this image I truly wanted to take for a long time and finally managed to took yesterday ! Took me a long time to edit it but I wanted so bad to get it !

My model and I were both ill actually... But you know how it works with me... If I want to take pictures, nothing can stop me from doing it ! *haha*

More pictures like this are going to arrive (when I'll come back from Florence) as I really want to go deeper into fairytale inspired pictures. I don't want to use fairytales as they are for this series. I want to invent my proper vision of magic and to get this special atmosphere I find so whimsical and that I love in tales !! But I'm not done yet ! Because I also want to include this "dark-dreamy" atmosphere I try to get in all my images and also this part of mystery ! This is only a beginning !

I'm so impatient to read your feadbacks on this !! :D
