    This is a kitchen rail system from Ikea that I got years ago (they no longer offer this model). Since I have no drawers on my desk I use it to organize items that I need within an arm's reach.

      My complaint about those types of desks is that they have not drawers: This is a great solution to that problem!

      Loving this! Not only does your desk space open up but you can see the items. Where did you get this?
