    The Advanced Passenger Train (APT) was BR's project in the late 70s to early 80s to develop a tilting train for the West Coast Mainline.

    Ironically Virgin had introduced Pendolino tilting trains on the West Coast Mainline from 2004 to replace loco hauled Mark 3s.

      It is a Crewe Heritage Centre which is situated at Crewe North Junction.
