The original little bandit.

I took this shot today...outside (believe it or not - we are having a VERY mild January! ) with my brother's Kodak camera. It's extremely sad that Kodak have gotten into trouble, especially considering how good the image quality of their cameras always are. If it wasn't for Kodak none of us would probably ever have had cameras, and certainly not digital cameras, as they invented them.

By the way, the date has not been set so the camera is recording it as 2007! I'll remedy that.

The aniseed scent of winter in Wicklow is due to these lovely, feather-duster like flowers.

Flew into the house and landed on the control knob for the washing machine. Not quite so strikingly beautiful as the green lacewing, but it's wings have an irridescence when the light catches them.

In winter most, but not all go brown. This one is either coming out of brown or couldn't make up its mind. Temperature is probably the trigger, and it just didn't get low enough. I love these bugs though. This one is on a bay tree.
