I'm waiting for some time to process more pictures from over the weekend. So I dug up another one from the afternoon at Bloubergstrand, two weeks ago.
This one was taken straight after sunset. We had stayed until the sun went to bed in the waves, and as we were heading back to the car I saw this couple looking out over the water, with the last colours of the day in the air and the mountains of Cape Town in the back of the scene...
The ship in front of the mountains (from left to right: Devil's Peak, Table Mountain and Lion's Head) is the Seli I. This Turkish freight ship ran aground in the first week of September 2009 and has not been harboured since. Spoiling the view or adding another element to the scene? I'll leave that one up to you ;-)
